Located in the Oakville Industrial area, the Bilingual Agent shall make and/or receive telephone calls to make sales, place orders, manage customer’s payments while providing the customer with the best Customer Service Experience. The Bilingual Agent is expected to meet and/or exceed established sales targets.  Full training is provided and paid for upon completion. 


·        Must speak fluently in both French and English

·        Must be able to read and write in French and English (translations from English to French-vice versa)

·        Place and/or receive calls to/from existing customer base

·        Provide exceptional sales and customer service levels

·        Strong professional selling skills is a MUST, proven sales record

·        Minimum1 year Customer Service experience

·        Computer literate – strong keyboarding skills, Windows navigation, MS Applications

·        Energy, drive, sense of urgency and results oriented

·        Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and decision making skills

·        Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 9am9pm Monday through Friday and some Saturday’s(hours subject to change during delivery seasons)

·        Assumes other duties as assigned by the Customer Services Manager


Minimum OSSD Diploma

Paid training upon completion
