What?? November already?
Can’t believe we are in the second week of November already… where did the time go?? Needless to say… it’s our busiest time of the year …… DELIVERY TIME! Christmas Hamper deliveries start in exactly ONE WEEK! All the delivery dates have been sent out, gift card fulfillment starts next week, and everything is in motion!
Our operations team is in full swing finalizing the packaging, putting labels on boxes and planning for the trucks leaving our warehouse and on their way across Canada! Not sure if you can picture the “behind the scenes” look, but check out our video from 2009. We love looking back to see how young some of our team looks!
Our Customer Service team has been busy with last minute updates, sending out delivery dates, and getting everyone set up for next Christmas. We love hearing the excitement in your voices when we chat – everyone is looking forward to delivery day! All our catalogues were in the mail between Oct 16-22nd… but they are taking longer than they should to reach you. We really appreciate your patience and have been working with Canada Post to track them and get them to you as soon as possible. But – don’t wait! Our full catalogue is available to flip through on line and shop 24/7.
